Asst. Restaurant Manager/Maître D’
Seeking an Asst. Restaurant Manager/Maître D’ that has in-depth knowledge about fine dining, a true passion for food and wine and shares our commitment to providing the finest dining experience. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with guests and must have the ability to lead a team. This position will be responsible for arranging reservations and seating guests, management duties in the dining room and assisting our Executive Chef, making this position an extremely important part of Irene’s fine dining experience. Kitchen Manager/Expo
We are seeking a “hands on” Kitchen Managerthat will be working under our Executive Chef. This position is responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of a restaurant. The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for inventory, P&L and making sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques. Fine dining experience required. Bartenders & Mixologists
We are seeking a couple of professional, creative and outgoing Bartenders/Mixologists to join our team. You will be responsible for creating classic and innovative drinks exceeding our guest’s needs and expectations, while serving guests at the bar and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room. Wine knowledge and fine dining experience is required.


Servers play a critical role in delivering the exceptional guest experience that is important to us at Irene’s. Based on extensive knowledge of our menu, Servers will be responsible to guide guests by answering questions and making recommendations. Wine knowledge and fine dining experience is required.


Must have prior experience in restaurant and be hands on. This position’s duties will include, but not be limited to: prepping/opening restaurant, supervising porters and cleaning, receiving orders, updating menus, policies, working knowledge of Mac OS, answering phone calls and taking reservations prior to restaurant opening.
